Pastor Eddie Pullen has graciously accepted the position of interim Pastor for Lighthouse Community Church. Pastor Eddie serves on the Illinios Baptist State Association’s Church Planting Team as the Director of Next Gen Mnistries.

A native of Tennessee, Pastor Eddie has been a full-time pastor for almost 15 years. "I believe the church is the hope of the world and that the future health of Christianity in North America rests solely in starting new churches," he said. "Our culture is changing so rapidly, we must contextualize the Gospel so that others can come to know Christ in their own language."

Pullen and his wife Pam have two sons – Jacob (10) and Isaac (9).

Chad began serving on the Lighthouse Community Church worship team as a guitarist before God opened the door for him to become our Worship Leader in 2001. His many musical influences include: Waterdeep, Michael Card, Hillsong United, David Crowder, The Avett Brothers, Paul Simon, Dave Matthews Band, Counting Crows, and The Beatles.

Chad resides in Nashville where he was also born and raised. He committed his life to Christ as a student at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale (SIUC) in 1991, and immediately began to develop a heart for ministry through his involvement with Campus Crusade for Christ. From there, he also spent some time serving in ministry and studying God's word at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago.

Chad has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from SIUC and works in the St. Louis area.

Chad's wife Jennifer serves on the worship team as a vocalist and keyboard player. She is a stay-at-home mom and home schools their five children - Emily, Aiden, Connor, Caleb, & Lucy.

Nancy and Dan have worked with the Lighthouse Asylum Youth Group for several years. A few of years ago Nancy discovered her passion for young people while working as a helper on an inner city mission trip to St Louis, MO. Since that time, she works hard to make a difference in the lives of the young people in the community.

In August of 2008, Nancy accepted the position of Director of Student Ministries for Lighthouse and is now directing both Asylum and Alien Youth programs. Dan, provides a great deal of support for the LCC youth ministry and also plays a very important role in LCC's technology initiatives.

Dan and Nancy have two sons - Michael and Joshua
