Ministry Staff

Pastor Rob and Susy moved to Nashville in July of 1997. They served in two churches before starting Lighthouse in the Fall of 2000. God has gifted Pastor Rob with the ability to communicate Biblical truth in a way that connects with modern listeners. Pastor Rob is a Lakers fan, a NASCAR devotee, an Andy Griffith afficienado, and an avid reader.
Pastor Rob is currently working on a Ph.D. in Evangelism and Church Growth from Southern Seminary in Louisville, KY.
Pastor Rob is a proponent of the "6 Week Body Make Over" approach to weight loss, the tool he used to lose over 100 pounds.
Susy earned her nursing degree and currently works in the medical field as a R.N.
They have two children: David (17) and Jessica (13).

Chad was born and raised right here in Nashville. He and his wife, Jennifer, have been blessed with five children: Emily, Aiden, Connor, Caleb, and Lucy. Chad began serving at Lighthouse as our lead guitarist before God opened the door for him to become our "lead worshipper" - as he calls it. Chad is a Houston Astros fan and a Pittsburgh Steelers fan. In his "spare time", he is an Electrical Engineer at Boeing in St. Louis.
