LDP Classes

Membership 101 is a basic introduction to Lighthouse Church - what we believe, how we are structured, our history, our vision, and other essential information. Membership 101 is usually a 90 minute class, held on a Sunday following morning worship. A light lunch is provided and child care can be arranged at sign up.
At the end of the class, those interested in committing to membership are asked to take home and complete a 3-in-1 Profile. The "3-in-1" will help you discover your unique S.H.A.P.E. for ministry. The profile is to be returned during Ministry 201 to be "scored" and every member directed to a several ministry teams that match with the results of their profile.

This class is for those who have completed Mem 101 and Min 201 and want to go deeper in their faith. Maturity 301 addresses subjects like basic doctrine / beliefs, how to study the bible for yourself, and how to develop of personal time of daily devotion. This class lasts two hours and is held on a Saturday morning. Coffee and light refreshments are provided. Unfortunately, child care is not available for this class.

This is the most interactive and "practical" of our Life Development classes. In Ministry 201, we will help you discover your unique S.H.A.P.E. for ministry by "scoring" your "3-in-1" profile. We then work together to determine several ministry teams that would be a match for your passion, gifts, and personality. A light meal is provided and child care can be arranged at sign up.
